    Kit manages the Climate Ready Clyde initiative. He knows everybody, which is really handy when you work on partnerships. He connects public sector, organisations and businesses to work together on strategic planning, focusing right now on Glasgow City Region.

    Janet Forgan, Finance Manager

    Janet is a qualified Chartered Accountant and member of the ICAEW, having gained her qualification with Deloitte in 2000. Her career experience extends from senior finance roles within a large scale multinational to a Board level role managing the finance functions of a global group of small to medium sized businesses. She enjoys using her financial and commercial acumen to help Sniffer achieve its goals.

    Ellie Murtagh, Climate Resilience Coordinator

    Ellie supports resource development for organisations to better adapt to climate change. She enjoys learning new things, meeting new people and getting stuck into diverse projects to help make Scotland a sustainable, thriving, climate resilient place.

    Catherine Pearce, Capacity Building Manager

    Catherine is with the Sustainable Scotland Network and previously led the Future Justice programme with the World Future Council where she focused on initiatives to secure the needs of future generations. Her work looked at establishing dedicated institutions and legal mechanisms to bring long-term needs and intergenerational justice principles into present day policy.

    Eleanor Pratt, Climate Resilience Coordinator

    Eleanor loves bringing organisations and people together to find solutions to environmental challenges. She finds learning and working in the spaces that sit in the overlaps between traditional policy areas invigorating. Her wider interests include outdoor learning, listening to oddly-shaped music and being in, on or near water.

    Iryna Zamuruieva, Climate Resilience Coordinator

    Iryna is a cultural geographer, artist and an experienced project manager. At Sniffer Iryna brings her creative and organising skills to flood risk management and knowledge exchange projects and is involved in Adaptation Scotland, Climate Ready Clyde and other programmes.
