Bridesdale specialises in implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiencies. Over the past 18 years, she has dedicated herself to supporting strategic programming and streamlining business operations across various organisations. Drawing on her expertise in operations management, procurement, and project administration, she employs process-driven approaches to support projects, ensuring seamless execution and optimal outcomes.
Ness Wright, Senior Climate Resilience Manager

Ness is a designer working to make the changes needed in response to the climate crisis real, by co-designing them with real people in real world contexts. She brings 15 years of experience in innovation and sustainability across the public, private and third sectors. Ness specialises in collaboration, systems change and place-based adaptation.

Flood Resilient Scotland 2024 Conference – Scotland’s Flood Resilient Future

Sniffer was delighted to host the newly branded 2024 Sniffer Flooding Conference. The conference was held at Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh on 08-09 February 2024 and was a hybrid event.

FRM2023 Conference - Water Resilient Places

Sniffer was delighted to host the return of the annual Scottish Flood Risk Management Conference. The 2-day hybrid conference was held in person on 22 – 23 February 2023 at Perth Concert Hall. We welcomed over 600 delegates - the biggest Scottish FRM conference to date. Presentations and recordings from the event are now available online.
Adaptation Scotland

Sniffer is helping Scotland get ready for the impacts of climate change by raising awareness of climate risks and opportunities, and creating catalysts for collaborative action through the Adaptation Scotland Programme.

Sniffer is a key enabler and secretariat for Climate Ready Clyde, a leading cross-sector initiative working to create and deliver a shared vision, strategy and action plan for an adapting Glasgow City Region.

Flood Risk Management Conference 2018

The 2018 conference was held at the Strathclyde Technology and Innovation Centre in Glasgow from 5-6 February.
