We are delighted to be part of Glasgow City Council’s recently launched Business Growth Programme, a multi-lot/multi-supplier framework that aims to encourage and support growth in the Glasgow business ecosystem. The £1.9million programme, funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity fund, will provide consultancy services to Glasgow based SMEs and Social Enterprises.

Through this programme, eligible organisations will have access to specialist expert consultancy support over a number of Lots. This support will enable organisations to progress their growth aspirations and ambitions.

There are 10 lots within the framework, including:

  1. Business Structuring
  2. Business Growth
  3. Leadership, Skills and Resource
  4. Business Financial Management
  5. Design Thinking and Innovation
  6. Sales and Marketing
  7. Internationalisation
  8. Digital Development and Innovation
  9. Green Business Support
  10. Business Acceleration

Crucially, businesses can access Green Business Support (Lot 9) in addition to a support package from another Lot! This will enable more businesses to benefit from green business support, whilst also making use of other support available.

What support is available from Sniffer?

Within Lot 9, Sniffer will provide a broad range of support to eligible SMEs including;

  • Sustainability strategy: Workshop to help you develop a comprehensive sustainability strategy. Covers procurement, supply chain, products & services, staff, premises, and communications.
  • Priority actions: Going green can be daunting! Our team will help guide you through the high impact next steps you can take to lower your energy costs and reduce risks to operations.
